Run For Funds
Got to know about RunForFunds project through Jaywalk Daddy. Since i am a runner myself (okay, on and off.. havent been running for a long while liao..), I am totally for this cos not only does this project has meaning (can help the needy), it also motivates the runners to complete their tasks.
So do try to contribute what you can. I am not asking you to give some much that you can only eat bread for the rest of the month... Rather, give what you can as it is the thought that counts.. If you do not want to give money, you can help by spreading the words around and help to create more awareness.
One point to note is that this post is not to solicit funds from the general public as this goes against the fundamentals of the Run For Funds movement.
If you have any questions, pls go to the RunForFunds website or contact the person-in-charge, Adrian through his email (adrian@runforfunds.com).

Thanks for putting the plug up.

Hi Jas,
Thanks for posting this blog. Through this, I hope more pple will realise that we can help the needy in big and small ways. The only pre-requisite: Do it ! :-)
A simple example. Buy a $15 cake and bring it to an old folk's home to share. See the joy you bring to the folks there.
