Monday exercise
Wanting to puke after jogging is NOT A GOOD SIGN!!! Am i trying too hard? But... but... but only 2km leh...
One good thing is i managed to stretch my shoulders today and they are not as tense as last last sat.. Maybe i need to maintain jogging at least once a week.. otherwise i will never get back into shape...

join a gym la... running on treadmill is less stressful..
