I broke down today...

infront of my manager, my supervisor, my colleagues..

I took time off to see a doctor, my family doctor who i had not seen for a year.. I broke down again in front of the doctor.

Do you sleep well at night? Yes.

Do you have depression before? No.

Do you have suicide thoughts before? Sometimes.

If you find it becoming more serious, you may need to be warded. I know.

Life is more than just work. You can read books on stress management. Explore life outside of work. Join some exercise programs.

I broke down again at home.. I need some rest.

  • Hey Jas~
Don't stress... Relax and take care...
Maybe time to go for a short holiday?
Or maybe if you expect less from your life, it might lessen the stress and frustration... :)

  • Jas,

It is usual for ladies like us to break down! Common!

Dont be afraid if you think you are in depression. You will fine!

If you need ppl to go exercise with you, you can do aerobics with me if you are fine with this idea.

    Cheers!

  • Girl,

Take it easy! I also cried at work on 1 or 2 occasions before in the earlier years of my working life. You'll learn to manage/handle work stress over time.

Maybe it's time for you to take leave and go somewhere to unwind.

Our invitation is still opened - wanna join us in June?

  • You need to take some time out here Jasmine. Excercises does help, but it's only short term fix. Holidays is good, just getting away from your normal way of life.

Most importantly, talk to friends and try not to suffer alone.

    Hope you get better soon.

  • i break down too, sometimes. easier when it's near that time of the month.

just take it easy, dun take things too hard. when things fail, complain and nag to people close to you. this releases stress.
