My feet are rotting....

Had been peeling and peeling skin off my toes... Surprisingly, the 2 big toes and the last 2 smalls ones are not affected.. Only the other 6 in the middle got this problem.. Had i turned into a snake, like in Harry Potter 2 and need to change a new skin? Or are my shoes the problem?
