Eating habits

I realised i really eat almost non-stop lately... See my schedule..

6-7am - Breakfast at home
9-10am - Munch snacks in office, usually biscuits
12-1pm - very heavy lunch~~
3-4pm - Snacks again
7-8pm - Dinner, but controlled one..

Eating every two hours... omg..

Just yesterday, i have 2 bread with peanut butter, 1 laopo bing, 2 bite-sized "something" for snacks... and still managed to finish off a six-inch Subway sandwich, with 2 double choc cookies and 1 drink... And still feel that it is just right... ""-____-

no wonder the pants are getting tighter instead of looser... time for more healthy snacks..

  • Eating 5 meals a day is the healthiest way to eat (if you're eating healthy food). By eating often you increase your metabolism which causes you lose weight passively.

    5 small meals a day will have you losing weight in no time. Just stay away from any large meals. 3 semi-small meals and 2 snack meals. And you shouldn't be eating within a couple hours of sleep. And stay away from salt and sugar. But especially salt =D

  • mine is like this..

    9-10am - tea-break for breakfast
    12-1pm - lunch (mostly rice)
    3-4pm - teabreak (kopi-kosong nia)
    7-8pm - Dinner (rice and others)

  • Quaal: thanks for the input. I am trying to get the right snacks to munch on, so as to cut down on the sugar and fat intake ^_^

    Uncle leonard: You forget the beer at the end of the day.. btw, you are turning into ah pek soon.. pls change your lifestyle.. :p
